Mira has been my Rolfer for decades. I suffer from elbow and shoulder pain due to over using my arms wheeling my manual wheelchair. She has helped me reduce inflammation and regained better movement on my shoulder and joints. I regularly see her monthly to keep my body's pain free from my daily activity as wheelchair user.
